Is prior CA firm experience required?
No. We welcome candidates from industry (corporate finance, banking, technology) as well as CA practice. What matters is quality of thinking and attitude to work.
Do you hire freshers / articleship trainees?
We offer internships and articleship positions for CA students. Write to careers@fimaco.in with the subject 'Internship / Articleship Application'.
Is the work fully remote?
Yes — all roles are remote-first. You need a laptop, good internet and a quiet workspace. We meet over video call and collaborate via shared tools.
What is the interview timeline?
Typically 2–3 weeks from application to offer. We respect your time and don't drag the process out.
